Lists & data

Some pages are really a list: products, events, team members, FAQs, prices. ShareOut can show that list beautifully and let you update it whenever — without redoing the page.

Add a list

Describe what the list holds:

“A list of my products, each with a name, price, and photo.”

“An events list with a title, date, and short description.”

“A team page with each person’s name, role, and photo.”

The page shows it nicely — a grid of cards, a table, whatever fits.

Update it any time

Add a new product, change a price, remove a sold-out item — your page updates to match. No need to re-describe the whole page; you’re just editing the list.

Where the list can come from

  • You type it in — perfect for a small, hand-kept list.
  • A spreadsheet you connect — keep your info in Google Sheets and the page follows along. (See Connect your tools.)
  • Form replies — the things people submit can become a list too (a sign-up sheet, an order log).
